Pudding or not a pudding this is the question!

Elijah and I just came back home from a little outdoor adventure (every and anything can be an adventure these days!). We got in and had this yummy yummy smoothie, which turned out to be a delicious pudding.

Mama’s pudding:

1 small bananaYoga Frog Elijah smoothie protein kids
1/4 of a small avocado
1 scoop of Sun Warrior Vanilla Raw Protein
1 Tbsp of Raw Cacao
1 tsp of Raw Maca Powder
1 tsp of Non-GMO soy lecithin
1/2 to 1/3 cup of water (depends how thick you want it to be)
1/2 cup of frozen red berries
Blue berries to go on the top, if you want 😉

Directions: Bled it all in a high speed blender.

Elijah’s pudding:         Elijah Yoga frog

Half banana
1/4 of avocado
1/4 scoop of Sun Warrior Vanilla Raw Protein
1 tsp raw hemp powder
1/4 cup frozen red berries
1/2 cup of water
1 – 2 dates

Directions: Bled it all in a high speed blender.

Simple, delicious and nutritious!!!
