What can be treated with Reiki?

Reiki has had a positive effect on all forms of illness and negative conditions. This includes minor things like head or stomach aches, bee stings, colds, flu, tension and anxiety as well as serious illness like heart disease, cancer, leukemia, etc. The side effects of regular medical treatments have also been reduced or eliminated. This includes the negative effects of chemotherapy, post operative pain and depression as well as improving the healing rate and reducing the time needed to stay in the hospital. Reiki always helps and in some cases people have experienced complete healings which have been confirmed by medical tests before and after the Reiki treatments. However, while some have experienced miracles, they cannot be guaranteed. Stress reduction with some improvement in ones physical and psychological condition are what most experience. www.reiki.org

Polly completed her first reiki course in Brazil (2009). In 2012 she found a traditional reiki lineage, Gendai Reiki Ho, and decided to train in both level 1 and level 2. “Gendai Reiki Ho is one of the more interesting methods of Reiki in Japan and it is the fastest growing Reiki system there.  It’s originator, Mr. Hiroshi Doi (Doi-sensei to his students), was a member of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai (the original Reiki society) in Japan until 2010, and author of the book Iyashino Gendai Reiki-ho (Modern Reiki Method For Healing). His school of Reiki is called Gendai Reiki Healing Kyokai.  “Ho” means method or technique,  and “Gendai” means modern.  So Gendai Reiki Ho means Modern Reiki Method. It is mainly a Japanese style of Reiki. [ http://www.threshold.ca/reiki/Gendai.html ]
