Protein power smoothie healthy cacao

Power Up Protein Breakfast for 2.

2 and a half cups of unsweetened almond milk,
2 scoops of Sun Warrior Raw Protein powder,
2 tbsp of raw cacao powder,
2 tbsp of cacao butter melted,
1 tbsp of Macca powder,
A hand full of goji berries,
Cayenne pepper to taste.

Wow!

Cayenne pepper is a herb with amazing properties, it is great to warm up the body and to get our blood circulation flowing nicely. Perfect for a cold day.
This super herb is also used to help digestion, including heal upset stomach, slow intestinal gas, stop stomach pain, cure diarrhoea and loads more!

I add cacao and macca to give me a little extra energy to take care of my three boys. 😉
