Dive into a juicy, regenerative approach to a deep, slow vinyasa that gives you both an inner and outer workout but within a meditative environment.


Soma Prana Vinyasa is an evolution based on roots of yoga, tantra, ayurveda and the flow of nature. It is a moving meditation into a deep whole-body opening & relaxation, as a flowing approach to Lunar or yin yoga.
