Born to be Wild
Born to be Wild is here!!!
After much exploration, contemplation and experimentation I finally feel confident to bring to you a program focusing on the Wild Woman.
I see the Wild Woman as a primal instinctual feminine energy. An energy that is our birth right, but has been suppressed by our fear, an energy that we must reclaim!
The Wild Woman craves for connection to the land, she is present in her body and connected with her inner cycles.
The Wild Woman is an unstoppable force of passion, boldness, and creativity, she is the one who moves and inspires us through full feminine embodiment.
The Wild Woman is present within each and everyone of us and she wants to be free!
“Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing. Her name is Wild Woman, but she is an endangered species.”
~Clarissa Pinkola Estes
This program is for women who have heard the call, the call of the Wild.

About me, Pollyana:
I have always been the one that didn’t conform, the black sheep, the crazy one, the one who pushes the boundaries, the one who loved adventures and fun.
I grew up in a small country town in southwest Brazil.
I spent most of my time bare foot, playing outside.
I remember always deeply caring for the Earth and the animals.
Life presented many challenges to me, but they made me a resilient woman.
After travelling around the world for many years and enjoying my freedom I became pregnant.
Moving to UK and becoming a wife and mother caused a severing of my connection to the land and my wild self as I put my full attention on others and forgot about myself.
Two years ago I slowly started remembering who I was, I heard the faint call of the wild. I started remembering my true nature, the things I loved doing, the things that sparkled and inspired me.
Without knowing it I was going back home to myself.
Last year I engaged deeply with self-care and that lead me to my core, to nature, to the things I love doing. Through self-care I started rewilding.
I now offer this program as a doorway to your inner Wild Woman, a place for you to explore the aspects of yourself that might have been forgotten and/or neglected. This is a safe space, a sisterhood where we will support each other as we remember who we are at our core.
Come on sisters, the time is now!
Your Wild Woman awaits you.
Yoga teacher, circle holder, reiki practitioner, massage therapist, nature lover, truth seeker and Wild Woman.
“When women reassert their relationship with the wildish nature, they are gifted with a permanent and internal watcher, a knower, a visionary, an oracle, an inspiratrice, an intuitive, a maker, a creator, an inventor, and a listener who guide, suggest, and urge vibrate life on the inner and outer world.”
~Clarissa Pinkola Estes
“I know Pollyana through yoga practice, she is a genuine caring woman. This is the reason I joined the Radical Self Care Group. Having never been part of anything like this before I was unsure what to expect. Pollyana facilitated the Circles with love , care and humour. They were safe and secure places where you could share honestly and be supported by other women. Being a member of this group has been a really positive experience, one that I would recommend to others.”
