Basic Smoothie Recipe
200g of greens (spinach or chard are quite good to start with)
1 banana
Frozen berries or mango to taste
Just enough water to make it a thick smoothie
Deliciously Green
Here’s one more vibrant green smoothy for the collection.
Simply blend:
200g of spinach
2 bananas
2 kiwis
2 fat slices of pineapple
1 lime
and add a little water
…Perfection achieved!

1/2 apple
3 inches of ginger
and… BOOM!!!!
Natural anti-histamine and antibiotic and a lot more! Effective for keeping allergies away.
Refreshing Green Juice
200 g of spinach
7 stalks of celery
2 apples
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
A bunch of Peppermint
Ginger (up to you)
Feels very hydrating, fresh and perfect!
Jason Vale Delicious Juice
Juice:
1/4 cucumber
1 stick celery
1/2 small pineapple
Handful of spinach leaves
1/4 lime
4 golden delicious apples
Blend with:
Flesh of 1/2 ripe avocado
Small handful of ice.

My Version of this Jason’s Juice
I have been making variations of Jason Vale’s juice for some time now and am loving them. I found that for my taste there is sometimes too much fruit in his juices, as I am really into greens.
This juice was specially yummy!
Juice:
150g of Kale
7 stalks of celery
2 apples
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1/2 pineapple
Spearmint and parsley to taste.
Blend with:
1 avocado and 100g of spinach
So awesome!
Anti-inflammatory blast!
1 orange
1/2 apple
Thumb of ginger
Thumb of tumeric
1/4 lemon
Bang!
Summer Juice
7 celery sticks
1/2 cucumber
2 apples
2 beetroots
2 carrots
1 handfull of mint
Little lemon
Blend with:
2-3 hand full of frozen raspberries
Absolutely refreshing!
Detox Juice
7 stalks of celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
Ginger (to taste)
1 pineapple
Apples
Cranberries
Parsley
Power smoothie
1 cup of raw almond Milk
1 tbsp of raw cacao
1 tbsp of raw hemp protein
1 tsp of maca powder
A hand full of raw goji berries
A tsp of honey
Elijah’s yummy juice
2 stalks of celery
1 carrot
1 apple
1/2 cucumber
A slice of ginger
A slice of beetroot
*Some kids don’t like spicy food, in this case just avoid ginger.
Breakfast Smoothie
200g of spinach
1 and half banana
Half of an avocado
Loafs of Blue berries and raspberries.
Enough water to make a thick smoothie
Orange & Mint juice
5 big oranges
25g of mint
*When pilling the orange leave most of the pith for a more yummylicious juice!
