Holistic therapies have been effectively used for centuries and can play an important role in maintaining good health and overall well-being. Rather than addressing individual symptoms, a holistic therapist will look for the underlying cause by considering physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of health and well-being.
I started my journey with holistic practices in 2009, my first training was Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand, followed by Swedish massage in India and my first Reiki course in Brazil. When I moved to UK, in 2010 I trained in Gendai Reiki – Levels 1, 2 and 3. In the following years I studied holistic nutrition, herbalism and aromatherapy. I am now also a sound therapist and a shamanic practitioner.
When choosing to work with me we have the option to tailor your treatments specifically for your own needs. All treatments are provided at Yoga Frog Wee Studio in Clovenfords, Scottish Borders.

Thai Yoga Massage
A unique and powerful healing art that has been an integral part of traditional Thai medicine for thousands of years.
Traditional Thai massage works with the physical body, in order to improve both the physical and the energetic body.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The benefits of sound baths may include:
Lowering stress and anxiety
Improving mood and well-being
Heightening focus and energy
A feeling of rejuvenation
