“What I loved the most, was that Pollyana’s teaching highlights that yoga is much more than the physical gains. I found it refreshing and restoring to be at peace and quiet in moments of mindfulness, I appreciated the opportunity to be present with my emotions and feelings and to know it was ok to just sit with them and acknowledge these feelings. I went home feeling that I had truly spend some time looking after my mind, body and soul. I will be returning to the next Yoga Frog workshop and would highly recommend! The workshop was like a mini retreat for me.
