With 15 years of yoga practice and constant study of yoga I am able to teach you with ease and simplicity, and yet I will take deeper within and help you to be more present, connected and awake.

I have experienced various types of yoga, but what I most love is to be creative, listen to my body and do what feels good and right each time I practice.

To be able to share yoga with you is one of the greatest gifts of my life.
