The Retreat, at Leithen Lodge .
We are excited to announce our first retreat in the Scottish Borders at the beautiful Leithen Lodge!
During the retreat we will be offering you Solar and Lunar yoga asanas practices, meditation, mantras, kriyas and chiropractic adjustments throughout the weekend!
Leithen Lodge is a beautiful, grade A historically important house in the Scottish Borders surrounded by beautiful countryside, the river Tweed and a private lake.
“Elegance nestled in a stunning setting”
Leithen Lodge will be offering us amazing all organic alkaline vegetarian/vegan meals and snacks during the entire stay. (The food sounds amazing!!). On Saturday night, dinner will be served in the rather grand dining room so we can enjoy a meal served by the glow of the open fire. Make sure you bring something fancy to wear!
Most of the fruit and vegetables are grown on site and those which are not grown on the estate, they ensure are sourced locally. There will be fresh juices and a selection of their own range of organic teas available and the water comes straight from a spring in the land through a natural filtration system.
For those who like walking there are 25 miles of walks around Leithen.
If the weather is kind to us we will be practicing yoga outdoors, having picnics and we’ll also have a barbecue around the fire on Friday evening.
Ali will be offering gentle chiropractic adjustments throughout the weekend with the intention of putting your body at ease and aligning mind, body and spirit through improved nervous system function! (Worth £120!!)

A great opportunity to deepen the yoga practice, connect with with nature and like minded people, relax and destress.
We choose only the best locations in Scotland.
Our retreat in the Scottish Borders was so welcomed that we have decided to put together another AMAZING retreat at the end of the year for you!
As winter approaches we understand that it is the time to slow down and reconnect.
We have discovered the perfect place for us to gather and to nurture the whole of our being to enter the new season well – The Old Kilmun House.
“Old Kilmun House occupies an elevated waterside setting with views over the Holy Loch in the small village of Kilmun. Originally built in 1696 by the Duke of Argyll, the property was home to James Duncan (founder of Benmore Botanic Garden) in the nineteenth century, the house has been granted Category A listed status by Historic Scotland.
To ensure a luxury stay the house is equipped with its own dedicated games room (complete with 3/4 sized billiard table) and on-site hot tub and sauna, you’ll have everything you need to relax and unwind.”
There is also a yurt on site which is where we will be holding our yoga practice.
During the retreat we will be offering you restorative yoga asana practices, meditation, mantras, kriyas and chiropractic adjustments throughout the weekend!
Ali will be offering gentle chiropractic adjustments throughout the weekend with the intention of putting your body at ease and aligning mind, body and spirit through improved nervous system function! (Worth £120!!)
During the weekend we will be eating nurturing seasonal foods, teas and juices prepared by Polly and whoever wants to join in!
We want you to experience a nurturing weekend, living in community with like minded people in a beautiful setting.
